How often do you go off your diet? What kinds of occasions do you relax your eating for?

I try and eat heathy and have a "cheat meal" once every other week and holidays. My husband and I are moving on thursday and we always get pizza when we move, so I will have that. Then we are going to the beach the next week and I am sure we will get something during the day. I feel like lots of things are coming up when I am trying to be good. What things do YOU go off your diet for? Just curious!

What kind of diet is required to be taken during 4 months pregnancy?

hair loss from weight loss?

i’m 13 and recently lost 53 pounds, in less then i year ( had to lose for medical reasons, was borderline obese), anyway i know that i lost weight to fast, but my weight was never dangerously low and i eat lots of protein, take vitamins and don’t use Straighteners or lots of products, but my hair still continues to fall out. I also take hair vitamins, i am certain my hair loss is from rapid weight loss because i have had blood test done. what can i do to get my hair thick again and can i go completely bald at 13? Someone please help!
I don’t have alopecia areata, and i went to the doctor thats when i got the blood test and she said it was just from weight loss, but she did’nt suggest any treatments
I lost the weight naturaly, with a balanced diet and exercise i never restricted calories to an extreme or took diet pills

Weight loss for the summer? Flesh bearing time :/?

I’m looking to lose weight for the summer, started a bit late I know!

But this is what I ate today, and I just wondered if it is healthy & will aid weight loss? :]

Breakfast – fat free natural yoghurt, red grapes, blueberries & ground cinnamon
Lunch – rocket, spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, king prawns
Dinner – grilled & skinless chicken breast with steamed broccoli, carrots & cauliflower and mashed potato (made without fat/milk), chicken bovril (as gravy!)
Drinks – 2litres water, 2 cups coffee with skimmed milk (one decaff, one not), cup of peppermint tea

This is only a sample of what I intend to eat, but it will all be along the same lines every day (except Saturday when I will eat out either an Indian or Chinese!!)

I’m also looking for some exercise tips – I previously joined a gym but didn’t go, and I find trying to workout at home (I have an exercise bike, DVDs, step aerobics, etc) too easy to avoid. I’m thinking of joining a different gym that’s closer to home and has a swimming pool as well.

What is the best way to start exercising without over doing it or getting bored? Like a way to ease myself into it so that I can learn to love it but which will also maximise weight loss/toning?

I’m 5ft10, broadly built, size UK18, currently about 220lbs, and looking to lose 30lbs as a starting point.

What should I eat for lunch tomorrow?

I’m having a really tough decision on what to eat tomorrow for some reason..
Either
Banh Mi (grilled chicken vietnamese sandwich)
or
Panera bread..

And I don’t know what I would get at Panera Bread. I’m on a lower carb/calorie/fat diet. Sounds so typical. I just want to loose those extra inches off my hips/waist that’s all.. What should I eat?!

Is it unhealthy to drink 1 or 2 diet drinks daily?

I drink Diet Dr.Pepper once or twice daily. I hear people all the time say it’s bad for you but they never have any evidence. Can someone clear this up for me?
