A friend was telling me that if I wanted to get surgery it would be cheaper and safer if I did it at a college university, or a doctor affiliated with a university. He said that there would be a better chance you’d get a very qualified doctor, and that you’d be able to sue the university for a lot of money if the doctor screwed up or actually wasn’t qualified enough. Is there any truth to this?

I have very large pores on my nose, you can see them (and the blackheads) from a fair distance away.
Even when I clear the dirt from them, there’s still a big gap in the pores on my nose which I don’t like. I wonder if cosmetic surgery is an option.
I’m 33, male, and have tried everything from strips to prescription gels to a blackhead removing tool.

Also, is it very expensive? Thanks so much in advance…..

I am slim petite female and have no bust or bum, but do have a waist. I enjoy swimming, running and the gym and cycle to work (15 miles each way).
Is there a way to change my body shape so that I have a few more curves (without surgery).
btw – my stomach is pretty flat and yes I do do crunches of various sorts.

I have my parents consent, I want several moles removed and a cyst on my nose, I went to see a plastic surgeon under the NHS about the cyst and she said that surgery would make it worse, is there something a private plastic surgeon could do that that one couldnt? and what age can I do it? I really need this because I can’t stand the way I look and it absolutely ruins my self esteem, thanks x
