What are some good veggies and fruits for losing weight?
are celery, apples, spinach,carrots,grapes,etc good for losing weight? what other foods? I’m tired of meat. I’m mostly active… marching band, P.E, jogging at night for 30 minutes every day. Please help.

200 calories of regular oatmeal
a banana
a cup or so of grapes
50 calorie piece of whole wheat toast
im rounding this to 500 calories…
then at the restraunt my family ate at for dinner, i had grilled salmon, steamed broccoli(later i found out it was prepared with margarine, etc),and sweet baby carrots(which i later found out were prepared with sugar and honey).
i know i should have asked beforehand , but it slipped my mind. now i feel really guilty about today. i feel like i ate too much. i did a few sprints and a really short run, but my tendonitis is bothering me, so i didnt do too much.
im a 16 y/o girl. supposed to be on a diet, but since i ate out today ill be alright if i just maintained.but do you think i went over 2000?
i know "splurging" once in awhile wont kill me, but we ate out last night too! we never ever eat out, so two nights in a row makes me feel like sh!t. :(

Alrighty. My name is Austin and i’m 13 years old. (i’m using moms account) And I was on a diet for like 4-5 months. I’ve lost like 75-76 lbs. Now my dad wants be to stop dieting because he thinks i’m getting too thin. (He’s not the only one who thinks that too) So i used to way 220-221 lbs. I’m down to like 146 lbs. I look thin. So for dinner tonight I had one sloppy joe with 100% whole wheat bread with peas and carrots. After dinner I cut up some strawberrirs and bananas and some grapes and put it in a bowl and added some skim milk. Was this healthy? My dad says I should just maintain my weight. I don’t overdo myself with food. Sloppy Joes not fattening?? I’m 13 to so do i need a lot of calories?
