Weight loss in seven days?

ok, i have a youth group pool party on the 17th of august and i want to lose weight and get a little bit toned because i don’t want to wear board short be cause they are a but small and that is a lot of covering up since the girls have to wear tankinis

but back to the question.

i’m biking 1 1/2 miles a day at the very least (usually about 3 1/2 miles) for field hockey
all i’m going to eat is breakfast(eggs and half a bagel)
and a strawberry or a couple grapes after practice.
i am not overweight and i dont care if i gain the weight back

How much weight should i lose if i do this for about seven days?

also, i need to have 10 carbs at least before practice so i dont crash on the field and that what the bagel is for… so i cant skip out on that

Weight loss for the summer? Flesh bearing time :/?

I’m looking to lose weight for the summer, started a bit late I know!

But this is what I ate today, and I just wondered if it is healthy & will aid weight loss? :]

Breakfast – fat free natural yoghurt, red grapes, blueberries & ground cinnamon
Lunch – rocket, spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, king prawns
Dinner – grilled & skinless chicken breast with steamed broccoli, carrots & cauliflower and mashed potato (made without fat/milk), chicken bovril (as gravy!)
Drinks – 2litres water, 2 cups coffee with skimmed milk (one decaff, one not), cup of peppermint tea

This is only a sample of what I intend to eat, but it will all be along the same lines every day (except Saturday when I will eat out either an Indian or Chinese!!)

I’m also looking for some exercise tips – I previously joined a gym but didn’t go, and I find trying to workout at home (I have an exercise bike, DVDs, step aerobics, etc) too easy to avoid. I’m thinking of joining a different gym that’s closer to home and has a swimming pool as well.

What is the best way to start exercising without over doing it or getting bored? Like a way to ease myself into it so that I can learn to love it but which will also maximise weight loss/toning?

I’m 5ft10, broadly built, size UK18, currently about 220lbs, and looking to lose 30lbs as a starting point.

Does Anyone Know If My Diet Will Help Get My Acne Under Control?

i’m trying to get my acne under control, does anyone think that eating nothing but Bananas,Grapes,Apples,Oranges and Walnuts well help it go away? oh, and drinking nothing but water? :/

Can my vegan diet be making me drowsy?

I started on a raw foods diet about a week and a half ago.

I drink a 58 gram protein shake in the morning, (with outmeal and a banana mixed in) then eat carrots, broccoli, hummus, grapes, apples, oranges the rest of the day.

The last couple days I’ve been getting extremely drowsy in the afternoons, almost as if I’m entering a Nyquil coma. And although I enjoy a good nap now and then, I thought this was odd. I usually get 8 hours of sleep at night.

What kind of diet/foods did the Greeks eat a long time ago? Like during the spartan/persian wars?

I know they ate VERY healthy, and a Mediterranean diet is proven to be the healthiest of all.

I want to model my diet after them in that time. So far I believe they ate:

Yogurt
Grapes
Lamb
Olives
Tomatoes
Milk

WHAT ELSE IS THERE?!?!
