Excersice plan for a 15 year old that wants to lose weight and tone up?

I want to lose 10-15 pounds by august. Whats an excesice plan that I can do do burn fat & tone up? I really wanna lose my lovehandles and hips.
Help! Any tips to go along are welcome too

Im heavier then Ive ever been and I feel super fat, but my BMI says I shouldnt lose weight?!?

Im 5’4.5" and 111lbs and I feel ridiculiously fat.
My BMI is 18.76.

The BMI calculator says I shouldnt lose any weight, but Im determined to lose 20lbs.
I dont have an eating disorder, but everyone I know seems so much smaller then I am!
Do you think I’ll be fine if I lose the weight?

I have alot of curves too.
And they make me look fatter then I am.
Like, I have a flat stomach, but my hips make it look 80 feet widee.
And I cant look good in jeans cause my thighs curve out.
How do I get rid of these curves?

Oh, and I do have boobs, haha, but I dont see any reason to complain about thosee. ;]

How do I lose weight without losing my hips and butt.?

About a month ago I started a new regimen to lose weight and I eat very healthy. My problem is that when I started my new regimen my hip to waist ratio was a .66 but has gone to a .77. I love having curves and don’t want to lose my sexy shape but I feel my hips are going down. How do stay curvy and be healthy?

What are good exercises for losing weight in my thighs butt and Hips?

I am 15, 5’4" and 142 lbs. I have always had some extra weight in my thighs hips and butt. I have had enough of it and want to lose the extra fat. I want my bikini body back. So i need some Power full workout routines to get into shape and feel comfortable with my body. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am really strong to and am willing to do tough things i will push myself to do this. Thank you!

so, I’m not happy with the way my body looks. i’ve been going to the gym for about three months. each time i go i work-out for about two or three hours, then swim for another 40 minutes. after a good night’s sleep, my love-handles are slimmer than the day before. ill stay this way for a few days but as soon as i eat something that’s not to healthy[i.e: a snack or small bowl of ice-cream], i wake up the next morning with love-handles that seem to have grown. ill go from around 28" to 30" in just a few days. i’m eating healthy and exercising whenever i can. anyway to help keep the fat off my hips and waist?
