How can I achieve a very small waist without losing weight on any other part of my body?
I love my hips and their size. I just want to lose weight in my waist so I can achieve an hour glass look. I don’t want things like dieting and not eating. Try to stick with excercise tips please.
my parents say im getting fat. and i have a big butt. and i need to lose like 5-10 pounds. what do you think?

Im trying to get in shape for next year, when school starts,
people are telling me just eat right and excersive and stuff but no,
that doesnt wokr with me, i need fast working results weight loss,
like,
i need to reduce the size of my hips most deffinetly and my thighs!!!! pleasee help, whhat kind of fitne3ss should i do to help me target my hipps thighs and butt?
and what about my meals? im thinking about just buying this powder drink thing that when u drink it gets u full and its for weight loss and its healthy and maybe for a snack or dinner a gronlola bar.
i tried joggin outside, but its too hard, i rather do it on a treadmill i guess, but idk whats right for me,
i really need to go back to school suprising every one,
i just dont know what to do anymore, im helpless.

heey guys,
well ive been trying to lose weight for a while now, well, not so much lose weight, but really tone up.
there is a bit of weight loss that needs to be done too :S
anywaays, ive been trying for a while, and idk i just dont really see any results, like, it maay be because im not sticking with it, but surely that cant be the case because even in the periods when i am excercising, i dont see thaat much difference. which sucks !, like even though the scales say something, what im seeing is completely different :(
my problem areas are my upper arms, my hips, my upper thighs and yeah my stomach. it would be lovevly if i could reduce my boob size too, because im fair petite so even a 10B/C (australian) looks big and disproportionate :(
yeaaah so what should i do ? is cardio better or is weight training?
should i eat small meals or should i eat big meals that are really healthy ?
there is soo much information out there its exhausting !

I’m just wondering how my body looks to other people. I’ve lost a lot of weight recently, in a relatively short amount of time (went from 155-125. I might be a little less on any given day, but not below 120). So I’m in an adjusting period, where I’m just clueless as to how I appear to others.
It’s hard for me to assess myself, because I think my perceptions about how I look do not necessarily correspond with the body I now have. I don’t mean to imply that I must be more attractive than I perceive myself to be (if that makes any sense!); I don’t even know if I look any better than I did before the weight loss!
I’m simply at a loss!
Of course, asking for an assessment of my body is totally self-absorbed. I’ll just indulge myself this once ;P
I though about including a before picture. But I really would like evaluations of my current body, not evaluations of my current body as it compares to my previous body,

Ah, when I was 150 lbs my boobs were way bigger and my hips were wider. But I’ve always been pretty consistent in terms of general shape and proportion. Just varying degrees of width and fullness :)
I sort of disregarded the yahoo answer rules. I figured that if the overheads found it, they would just delete my question. Just hoped to get some feedback before they caught me.
Plus, these photos are certainly not meant to seem scandalizingly pornographic or anything. ;P

And here’s a couple from a few months. I was around 116 lbs (I’m 5’6") and everyone said I was too thin. But was it better then? I can easily get down to 116 again. (turns out weight loss is really easy, I don’t know why everyone gripes about it).
