How to keep motivation for losing weight?

I set a goal for how much i wanted to lose. I know you can loose up to 4 lbs a week and i decided to lose 2 a week. Now, time has gone by and over the holidays i realized that i gained some weight that i had lost back on. I stopped doing my exercises and feel ”blah” to even do it. How to i keep myself motivated and not lazy? and how to i crank it up to loose 3 pounds a week? Like an exercise plan or something?

Newborn and breastfeeding diet?

What should I eat? Is milk in cereal ok? What about oj? I want her to have the highest quality breastmilk. What should my daily diet be like? What should I avoid at the holidays? I LOVE spinach artichoke dip.

what do you think of Medifast?

I am thinking about starting a diet after the holidays (of course). I have been hearing and reading a lot about Medifast. It is recommended by over 20,000 doctors and has a lot of clinical evidence that it works. I am wanting to loose 20-30 pounds. I am confident that I have the discipline to stay on it for that long, but am worried what happens as I go off of it. Has anyone out there tried it. Does it work? Is it hard to go into maintenance and ween off the program?
