I’m looking for some at home ways to whiten teeth a little more, obviously besides using whitening toothpaste and pre-rinse. i already have white teeth but id like to go maybe one tint lighter so using strips would be too much, i’m not looking to glow in the dark! lol thanks in advance.

okay so im not fat by any means, but i have cheeks on my face that are a little big for my liking and same with my upper arms. any tips of getting rid of that fat?? can u without losing more weight everywhere else?? please help its bugging me now lol.

How to get rid of stretch marks when loosing weight?

It doesn’t have to be completely but at least be less.

I am going to the cheesecake factory tomorrow, but I am on a diet, and have lost 17 pounds so I don’t want to blow it. What is something that I should order that isn’t too high in calories and unhealthy?

I have only been there once and I remember everything was huge! So i don’t know what I am going to get, lol.
