This is everything i have so far:

Have you ever thought of all of the hardships the Pilgrims faced crossing over to the Americas? Well, in my essay “_________” I will tell you many difficulties and challenges they faced in Europe, on their voyage, and in the Americas.
When the pilgrims were in Europe they could not practice the religion they wanted to practice, they were forced to practice the official religion of Europe. If the pilgrims wanted to practice their religion they had to practice it secretly. Sometimes, they would get tricked into coming to a place to practice their religion but when they got there, authorities arrested them and persecuted them for not practicing the official religion of Europe. Some pilgrims decided to move to the Netherlands to practice their religion, but their children started growing up more Dutch than English. So after going through all of this, they decided to sail to the Americas.
After 3 years of planning, the voyage to the Americas began. The ship that they took to the Americas was not fit for humans. It was a cargo ship named “The Mayflower”. The Mayflower was only 5 feet tall below deck, so people were always hunched over. Also, there was no sanitation system on the Mayflower; instead passengers had to use buckets and most of the time they would miss because the ship would be moving. Another challenge was there was little to no privacy. The pilgrims diet on the Mayflower was meat with over 6,000 milligrams of salt, dried and hardened bread, and beer. They drank beer because there was no clean water. Even children drank about 1 gallon of beer a day! The beer was not lite beer either, so lots of people were constantly drunk. Storms were very bad and caused the main beam in the Mayflower to crack. If this beam was to break, the mayflower would not make it to the Americas and the ship would have to surrender to the ocean. On the Mayflower scurvy was definitely a big problem. Scurvy was bad because there was no fruit on the ship and no way to get the vitamins their body needed.

I need help on the very last paragraph. I don’t know how i should organize it to be better. Please Help!!!! What should i do?

So, I have an assessment which requires that I translate The Canterbury Tales into modern English.

I’m not required to maintain Chaucer’s rhyme scheme or uses poetic stanzas. Instead, I have to write it out in paragraphs, but in one part of the prologue, Chaucer speaks of the physician’s diet in one sentence, before moving on and briefly talking of the physician’s aversion to religion, again in one sentence. These are two different ideas, so do I translate them into two paragraphs??

I am breaking this goal down in to weekly weight goals. It’s much easier to manage that way. This past weeks goal was 3lbs, I ended up losing 2lbs for the week.
