Early Pregnancy-Have you really changed your diet?

If you are in your first trimester, have you changed your diet at all? What have you eaten today? Some days I feel like I eat healthier than others.
Today I have eaten:
- Glass of Orange Juice
- Oatmeal
- Fruit & Nut Granola Bar
- PB & J Sandwich
- Potato Chips
- Blueberry Yogurt
- And I drank about 34 oz of water so far today.
I haven’t really changed my diet. I don’t drink alcohol or caffeine anyway. I just try to make sure I eat from every food group.

Is this an unhealthy diet for kids?

Breakfast- Eggo waffles, sugary kids cereal, flavored milk, donuts
Snack- fruit, naked juice, water
Lunch- sandwich on white bread, chips bag, water, pudding cup
Snack- milkshake with whipped cream or hot chocolate with whipped cream and trix yogurt
Dinner- meat, rice, veggies, and dessert…
For the breakfast, it’s not everything, it’s just one thing. Like either waffles or donuts.
