Rather than the sausage of the original recipe, I made a pizza toppings quiche this time. The combination of the onions and peppers with the ground beef and pepperoni really go well together. I think you’ll like this recipe too. Ingredients: 1.5 pounds ground beef 1/2 small onion 1 red bell pepper 4 oz pepperoni, diced 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 6 eggs 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 tsp black pepper 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded Makes 8-12 servings.
